The landlord was responsive at least and we had good water pressure
Landlord’s father passed away and I was renting the room he left behind. Landlord would not let me use the dresser because she didn’t want to take his clothes out. Landlord made me and roommate babysit her cat while she was on vacation and her cat peed on the sofa.
