landlord and mgmt team are slow to respond or unresponsive. you have to follow up multiple times. we have not had hot water for over a week and we had to buy space heaters to keep warm because the hvac system is broken. our stove doesn’t work. the fridge stopped working and hasn’t been at the proper temperature for a week. landlord isn’t acting with urgency and told us we have no legal recourse “ To reiterate, management cannot be held accountable for delays or repairs related to a third-party utility company. We have fulfilled our obligation by providing access and complying with Con Edison” their lack of humanity is appalling. They do not care about their tenants’ wellbeing or providing a habitable home for tenants. They are not forthcoming with important information. slumlords
Advice to the owners
Have humanity, empathy, care about your tenants, respond to tenants urgently, and take action urgently. You are heartless people and terrible landlords.
Management is letting the building fall apart.

Close to train and in a cute Brooklyn neighborhood. Only 2 units in the building so it was never loud.
Cons
Management was terrible at responding. Going to be honest here and say that unless they addressed the leaking water there is 100% a mold issue here.
Advice to the owners
Take better care of building and be more responsive and helpful to tenants.
