    Apartment of my nightmares
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful view out the back yard, across from a garden. But NOT worth the hell we went through for the last 12 months of hazardous mold exposure and pest infestations.
    Cons:
    Mold, mice, roaches, flooding, heating issues, clanking radiator pipes, horrible management company,
