It’s not bad not great
Pros
It’s pretty quiet and peaceful even though it’s close to Atlantic, I had some nice neighbors, it’s relatively chill and no one complained about me playing music too loud etc, live and let live which personally I like
Cons
Weird issue with water bubbling up into the sink, got a leak in my ceiling three times, old dirty looking finishings especially in the bathroom, stairwell always so dirty, neighbors weird about allowing backyard access even to install WiFi
Advice to the owners
You need to hire another handyman, poor Leon (?) is always rushing around doing his best but ends up doing rush jobs to fix things because he’s so overworked!! Not his fault but also not ok. Please get someone to clean the stairwell even if it’s every two months…
