- Free laundry - Central AC & heat - Regular hallway cleaning

- Someone put an insane amount of loose rodent poison illegally in backyard where any pets or children can eat - Constant packages stolen and issues with front door (random people coming inside and wandering around building) - Bugs in summer (ants, centipedes) - Noisy train - Slow or no responses from management; have to follow up multiple times for every request
