Great place to live!

Pros

Nice cozy space. Anthony is the best landlord I've ever had. Super responsive and proactive about fixing things and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is functioning properly. And even though he lives underneath the top apartment, he's super respectful. Apartment has everything you could want: laundry/dishwasher/ central air and heat. And since he has solar panels on the roof the utility bill is a lot cheaper.

Cons

Two of the rooms are pretty much standard Brooklyn size, other than that I have nothing to complain about.
