Management ignores tenants

Cons
They ignore all problems, went without hot water for almost a month in the winter and even after multiple complaints from all tenants they still didn’t fix the problem. They don’t clean the halls but have supers coming in and out of the basement. Don’t replace anything like doors, refrigerators, stoves, etc. haven’t had a building inspection in multiple years.
