Decent building, nice neigbors
Pros
It’s a smaller building with only about 8 apartments. It makes the building less of a target for package thieves. The neighbors are quiet. The building management is responsive even though they are inefficient.
Cons
The water pressure in the bathroom is really bad. There is only enough hot water for a 20 minute shower. The water begins to turn luke warm at the 30 minute mark. The recreation room in the basement is a waste of space. It’s not large enough to play pool in so the pool table is just taking up space. I think it should be either turned into a gym or storage for tenants to rent.
Advice to the owners
Fix the water pressure in the bathroom. Upgrade the hot water tanks/boilers to provide more hot water. Turn the recreational room into something more useful.
