the building itself is fine. there are no amenities whatsoever and they don't keep up with cleaning the stairs/roof, but if your unit itself does not have an immediate problem then it is comfortable and easy to maintain. the closet space and new bathrooms are a huge benefit that i found worth it
Cons:
management is highly unresponsive and inconsistent, the super was EXTREMELY unresponsive but he was replaced upon my move out. the location is not unsafe at all, but for brooklyn it feels very isolated from food, stores, etc. all in all, it is worth it if the unit is cheap or you are splitting rent.
Advice to owner:
respond to smaller/surface upkeep more often and the building would be very impressive
