Pretty and clean, high ceilings, authentic brick walls, renovated kitchens/bathrooms, open kitchen with island, lots of light (at least on the 4th floor), excellent management.
Not much closet space, heating isn't the most efficient, neighborhood gets loud late on weekends. A/C station is a little far (10-15 min).
