Amazing bang for your buck
Pros
It’s very affordable ! Kind people in the building and the neighborhood is beautiful. After we did some work (paint etc) it’s a beautiful apartment
Cons
Some of the neighbors are loud, always smoking in the stairwell, some shady characters buut everyone keeps to themselves for the most part and the kindness of some makes up for the weirdness of others lol. Truly feel so blessed to get this place for the $. Wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else. The pros waaaaay outweigh the cons. It’s a changing neighborhood it’s to be expected.
