do not live here!!

Pros

technically beautiful, spacious, "below Market" great light and great neighborhood.

Cons

poorly maintained, severe roach infestation, severely leaking roof, electrical problems, negligent owner, controlling landlord, harassment, unprofessional. LL and "broker." LL claims to be "eccentric" but is mentally ill and can not be reasoned with. Creates unsafe environment. Nightmare scenario. Owner occupied building. LL has a running history of problems with tenants. I'm writing this to save the next person DO NOT live here it's not worth it.

Advice to the owners

dont rent out your space if you cant maintain the property and aren't comfortable with people living in your house. find another way to make money
