beautiful building great location
Under new management there have been loads of unfinished building updates including missing furniture in the lounge and library, removal of the doorman and front desk - followed by re-instatement of security with no desk. MONTHS of reported package theft. A fire broke out on the 3rd floor and no sprinklers or smoke alarms went off. Rent is higher and management is extremely rude and threatening over emails when residents ask questions. Building is all electric and utility bills are extremely high.
Beautiful building, before Judith Drive LLC took over, the management maintained the property beautifully. It’s an old school and has really great windows, wood floors, and high ceilings. Spacious
Since taking over at the end of 2023, Judith Drive LLC has let the building go completely downhill. Management is non responsive and fails to answer emails and property concerns for tenants such as stolen mail packages and building maintenance. Amenities like the gym and washer driver have broken appliances and are not regularly cleaned or managed. Cleaners come but occasionally the building is not maintained. Just for dealing with the building management / property management I would not live here. Overpriced for what you get.
