Nothing, to be honest
No light outside the front door. Noisy neighbors. Filthy laundry room with washers and dryer’s infrequently working. Terrible insulation in apartment.
Do better.
Large kitchen area
Mice, communal washer and dryer is not the best, area is loud since it is on Myrtle
Fix it up a bit more!
