Non existent management

Pros

Decent price and loved the place at first. Great neighborhoods. Good area. Close to G train.

Cons

HORRID management. No responses. Ghosts you. The front door to the building did not lock more than half our lease and they never fixed it even after an attempted break in. It felt unsafe. Apartment was a mess when we moved in.

Paper thin wall, dirty hallway and bad management. They only care about getting the rent paid on time other wise will give you a huge fine. But they barely respond to any of your request on time
