Rent stabilized, close-ish to J,M and G trains

Cons

Constantly dealing with infestations, we had roaches, rats, mice, ants, you name it it lived in our apartment and landlords were not inclined to fix it quickly

- Excessive rats (7 rats in 3 weeks) - Excessive cockroaches - Packages stolen consistently, like your package wont last 5 mins on your doorstep without it being swiped - Heat is either way too much or not enough; when it was 80 degrees outside they still refused to turn off the heat - Landlord is disorganized and does not know what he is doing
