The rent is cheap
Borderline criminal management practices, neglect on basic repairs, slow service, no replacement of broken appliances. We put up with everything because of the cheap rent, including buying new appliances and paying out of pocket for large repairs. If I had more time on my hands I would sue the landlord and hold them accountable for complete neglect.
