Owner is respectful and helpful, sometimes slower to respond

Pros

The building is nice and well maintained, and the landlord is responsive to fixes. Neighbors are so nice and helpful. Landlord is very straightforward, no funny business

Cons

Don't like the rats outside of the building and wish more was done, rather than frequently adding poison.

Nice place to be

Pros

Very close to the trains and the buses and downtown Brooklyn. The landlord is an older guy who is always home so can solve any problems when they arise

Cons

The heat can be a little bit better but we have base board heaters in every room so we make due
