This is an amazing location of you are looking for something quiet and residential. Landlords are polite and responsive.
While the park is lovely, expect loud parties late into the night in the summer. It gets a little too cold in the winter and very hot in the summer.
Caulk the baseboards. The occasional mouse slips through and having the baseboards reach the floor would help this problem.
