Do NOT move into the ground floor unit. The basement flooded from a burst pipe in early 2025 (4+ in. of water) and the repairs were nowhere close to adequate. Management clearly painted over the issues, leading to long-standing water damage and black mold (on walls and airborne) to grow in multiple areas across the unit, and generally did not respond to the concerns in a timely or proper manner (such as sending a guy with a can of spray paint to cover the mold). There are also several management offices, one for property management and another for leases, each with multiple levels of managers you have to talk to in order for things to be addressed. The landlord is nowhere to be seen and you will never get to talk to him directly because one of the property managers has to be the middleman every time.
