    Horrible steer clear

    Pros:
    Walkable
    Communal street
    Close walk to Flatbush Avenue and Prospect Park
    Cons:
    Consistent roach issue that management does nothing about. They have sent an exterminator to my house about 7 times and I still have roaches. Management told me this is an issue throughout my section of the building and on different floors but have yet to resolve. It took 2 months for them to fix my toilet seat. Packages are CONSTANTLY stolen and management refuses to look at the cameras. It is suspected by neighbors that the thief lives in the building. The garbage rooms are left with food and rubbish on the ground for days. It’s disgusting. I’ve seen roaches in and around the garbage rooms, the hallways and there is dog pee and feces in the hallways. On top of that during my last week the apartment floor flooded completely and I heard nothing from management as to what happened.
    Advice to owner:
    Change management services completely, be more attentive, actually solve problems without quick fixes

    Good layout and great balcony!

    Pros:
    Folding glass doors fully open balcony to room, washer/dryer in unit, friendly neighborhood
    Cons:
    Too many dogs barking all day and peeing in the hallways, small packages left in open, weak water pressure, lacks of shops and restaurants, long commute to Manhattan
    Advice to owner:
    Clean apartments more thoroughly before ending - our washer was full of dog hair, take better care of package deliveries
