On the surface, it has nice amenities - rooftop, gym, stainless steel appliances, larger units, in-unit washer and dryer. This is how tenants are drawn in.

Cons

Huge roach infestation. Unprofessional and rude management. Disorganized management - my lease had the wrong name and unit number on it. Unresponsive maintenance - you have to follow up ~4 times for anything to be addressed. No proactive pest control, only reactive, which is likely why the pest infestation is never resolved in the building. Look up the building's profile on HPD - they've had numerous complaints filed in the past year, around 16 at this time of this review (https://hpdonline.nyc.gov/hpdonline/building/1008752/overview) Look up online reviews for "311 Rogers" and/or "Rogers Management", that is the company that manages the building and their reviews are awful. It wasn't clear to us when we moved in that they were the management company (as the address is 219 Lenox), or else we would have never moved in. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
