Pros
The building is modern, clean, nice to live in and the neighbors are great.
Cons
The management company, Joyland Management, are unresponsive. They also try to gaslight us when there are issues. We have a gym and it was sweltering last month. They claimed the heat wasn't on in there even though we could feel heat coming out of the vents. They don't respond to emails, they promise basic things like garbage cans in public spaces and don't deliver then have the gall to charge us an amenity fee for the spaces. They still aren't bothering with composting. and it's been 8 months since the law went into effect. We pay a lot and get rudeness in return.
