It’s clean most of the time as they have someone cleaning every other day.

Cons

Major safety issues. Emotionally unstable tenants screaming and making threats, squatters found sleeping in common areas regularly, squatters urinating in stairwells. Management completely unresponsive and inactive.

They would need to actually listen first. The management does not care about tenant safety, only money.

my husband and I have lived here for the first two years of this buildings existence. if it weren’t for the cons we’d try to stay and renew

it’s in the crappy luxury category with an less than responsive landlord/management and illegal construction in the basement.

Actually take care of the building proactively and be more communicative with tenants. And STOP VIOLATING THE STOP WORK ORDER
