A real neighborly feel

Super affordable Friendly neighbors Simple building Roof access
Cons
– One bedroom faces a brick wall (little sunlight) – Cabinetry is mismatched (if you’re someone who prefers a little uniformity) – Management takes a while to get back to people – Trash will pile up for a few days before it gets sorted – Building lock is really loose. People who didn’t live here would just walk right in.
Advice to the owners
I’d advise replacing the front door of the building and the locks. It’s nearly falling out, and doesn’t always close. I’d also advise replacing cabinetry before the next tenant moved in.
