Pros
For $1,160/month, it's a steal in NYC right now. Private room in a small shared house (only 4 beds total, 1.5 baths), so it feels more intimate and less chaotic than bigger coliving spots. Bed-Stuy location is solid quick to Manhattan via A/C trains, and Prospect Park isn't far. Super affordable (beats most solo rooms or apartments by a mile), probably furnished basics, low roommate count means easier sharing of the bathroom/kitchen.
Cons
Shared 1.5 baths for 4 people can get tight during mornings
