great location, average apartment

Pros:
location, new-ish bathroom, monthly pest control
Cons:
uneven heat, extremely thin walls (you can hear your upstairs neighbors sneezing), appliances break easily and can take a while to be fixed
Advice to owner:
upgrade the apartment stop putting bandaids over everything
