Nice and lively neighborhood

Cons

The landlord (Eric) will never refund your security deposit and won’t fix any issues in the building no matter how many times you call or text him. Never fixed the leaks in the bathroom ceiling, closed out the patio without any warning which blocked the sunlight from the two main bedrooms. But somehow is available if you haven’t paid rent in the first day of the month !
