It Was Good While the COVID Deal Lasted

Charming Block Proximity to Transit Proximity to Bars & Restaurants Fire Escape/Roof Access Good Storage Space Kitchen is functional, dishwasher included Unit itself is in gerally good repair

Located next to noisy Nostrand Ave - homeless will bother you if you're coming home late at night Building Managers sometimes don't reply to you unless you bug them multiple times Hallways in the building outdated and in poor repair - needs a paint job

Advice to the owners

-Update the hallways -Overcharging for what you're getting - ultimately not that many sq ft for $3000+? nice digs but overpriced -if you need more staff to deal with building issues, then hire more staff; response times not great
