Renters approve of the building's owners
I had 2 floors and backyard for CHEAP and the neighborhood is amazing. this was before it became fully white. great to rent from a small landlord and not a huge LLC you are left alone and the owner is chill
pretty sure it’s not zoned for more than single family. also pretty sure the owner cut it all up after i left. It’s not well maintained, there are lots of pests.
