Mostly Great Livin

Pros

Quick response when repairs needed to be done- doors, roof, things actually got fixed. Manager reachable by text.

Cons

Roaches, also the heating can be either much too hot or too cold. The room facing the street is extremely loud in the summertime as there are parties in the public square across Fulton St. complete with a DJ into the night.
