Fairly Solid Brooklyn Apartment
Pros
Fairly quiet. Gets good light. Nicely sized apartments. Decently insulated from outside noise. Stays warm in the winter. Lots of access to shops and food nearby.
Cons
Building upkeep was not good. Very dim and dirty interior. Management hard to get a hold of and super unreliable, but the super is helpful if you can get a hold of him. He was fairly responsive in my experience. I lived in a top floor unit, and my ceiling would constantly leak when it rained and water would pool up in the paint. We had roaches as well.
