Sweet brownstone in Clinton Hill

Pros

Great location, park nearby, great restaurants, bus stop nearby. Beautiful roof top set up with table, chairs, umbrella and couches - perfect place for a party or sunset drinks. Loads of light pouring in through both sides of apt, perfect place for a young couple. Dryer in the basement and a small section for storing your stuff.

Cons

Old fixtures, dusty heating system, slightly uneven floors. Floors are old so neighbors footsteps could be heard throughout apartment.
