Great place to live

Pros

I feel very safe in this area, the building is old but has everything I need. The owners are not ever responsive but the super is. I haven’t had any issues with noise or neighbors. No pest issues since I’ve been here but my roommate who has been here longer says they had some that was taken care of by the building. There’s a small gym, which is a huge plus. And I’ve had no issues with mail (the super takes things to the mail room every now and then to ensure no packages get stolen)

It is pretty old and not the cleanest but overall I think it’s great

Advice to the owners

I would add a small coat rack, hangers, cubbies to the gym so people don’t leave their stuff everywhere.
