Apt is in a brownstone so you have a whole floor as your space.
Poorly designed space. Too large kitchen and tiny bedroom with no closet. Kitchen is above landlords bedroom. Landlord has a big attitude problem and doesn't seem to realize that she lives with others and should expect to hear them ...living.
Don't rent. You should keep your space to yourself.
