Incredible price for the neighborhood

Pros:
Awesome community. Some of the best neighbors I’ve ever had. Everyone in maitenance is friendly and seems to like their job. Clean, family oriented building. Responsive management office.
Cons:
I saw roaches from time to time but I lived on the first floor and the building is directly on top of the G Clinton Washington stop, so, what can you do. The building was very responsive about the issue and sent the manager of their pest company to my unit to control the issue. No bugs within 2 months.
