Everthing is included with the rent (water, heat, electricity, washer/dryer). Landlord always replies fast.

Cons

The only thing is having 4 additional roomates (cleanliness is an issue in the kitchen, issues with who takes out the trash/recycling). No overnight guests (men), no friends or family can stay (maybe a weekend, so two days at most).
