Apartments first floor have a flood problem!

Close to the train station.

Cons

This building have a Big problem in the apartments of the first floor, with the heavy rain all your apartment will have a big flood and the owners don’t have plans to fix this, that is a big project. This apartments comes with a basement and is illegal. Wash machines old and dirty also they don’t work well. The walkway always dirty and the trash always to the top.
