Comfortable building with good sense of community

Pros

Very friendly building staff, apartments get a ton of sunlight, and location is superb.

Cons

Management can be a little slow to respond to inquiries regarding appliances and central AC. Electricity and gas bills quite expensive, likely due to the centralized air. Depending on the apartment, street noise can be high.
