    Best Apartment - Building Sold :(

    Pros:
    good size studio apartments, beautiful pre-war woodworking, amazing light, good neighborhood with everything conveniently nearby
    Cons:
    it got sold and had to leave, hope they keep the charm and don't completely gut it
