    Charming and Neighborly, No frills

    Pros:
    Great Managment team, always responsive and friendly. Charming semi renovated units that still have beautiful crown molding and sweet details, dishwasher

    no washer/dryer, some mold,

    Was a fixer upper but in the greatest location.
    Cons:
    Super not very responsive. Packages got stolen.
