Nice location, management is fine...

Pros

- Great location - Well renovated - Great neighbors

Cons

- While they're very kind and nice, management takes a long time for major issues. Dryer was broken for weeks and took many many emails to get it fixed.

Advice to the owners

It would be great if you had better ability to work with tenants more directly. Things feel like they fall by the wayside if you aren't bugging them constantly.

Had to fill up laundry card at the landlords office, they often didnt respond to service requests, was freezing in the winter.
