Since the new owner bought the building, how has the rent increased for lease renewals?

At least one tenant has mentioned that management offered them a renewal with rent raised 15%. Meanwhile there's been construction under the building for months, the laundry machines were supposed to be replaced in October but it got pushed until January and they stopped fixing them in the meantime (and most broke down), and any complaints about any of this are met with mostly platitudes. I'm scared I will have to leave if they raise my rent that much.
