Unlivable - don't move here!

It's close to the city.

Cons

- the building is falling apart. showing signs of neglect. - bathroom in our unit was disgusting. The tiles were falling off the walls, the light in this room is always out. Generally gross. I had to start showering at my friend's house because of the state of the bathroom. - one bedroom has no access to a window to the outside. this is ILLEGAL. - floors are extremely bowed. concerned for the structural integrity of this building. - owners do not respond to maintenance requests.
