    Noise. Above a restaurant so bugs are a problem but exterminator comes monthly m

    Good space and light
    Close to Fort Greene and Navy Yard
    Friendly owner, very responsive
    Cons:
    Loud, next to BQE
    rodents and bugs visit fairly often even when being clean and keeping food closed up
    Leak was always in the bathroom from super heavy rains
    Advice to owner:
    close up more of the holes where the rodents and pest come through
