Only 3 units Good space and light Close to Fort Greene and Navy Yard Friendly owner, very responsive

Cons

Loud, next to BQE rodents and bugs visit fairly often even when being clean and keeping food closed up Leak was always in the bathroom from super heavy rains

close up more of the holes where the rodents and pest come through
