    Quality building a good place to call home

    Building Management, responsive super, clean, great staff, apartments are renovated / modernized as long term leave
    Cons:
    Terrible Windows - they leak air
    Advice to owner:
    Happy tenant - New super is better than the old good super

    • Noise from upstairs- it’s an old building so I understand that noise can be a problem but my upstairs happen to have a weird daily schedule that wakes me up at random time
    • There is also a Mosque where I sometimes hear some noise from
