Owner/landlord is awful

Pros

Amazing location, right next to the park. Beautiful block and spacious apartment. Everything works and decent appliances.

Cons

The owner and his son are unreasonable and make you feel like a guest, even though you pay rent. They'll complain of noise when you wash dishes at 8pm. I was told I 'go up the stairs too loudly' and the landlord asked that I remove my shoes before going up the stairs. Got screamed at by the owner for coming back at 12am. I hadn't been speaking, just walking up the stairs.
