    Solid building, no frills, great location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good location, nice finishes, clean, well-renovated. Excellent porter in the building, very responsive and available
    Cons:
    Street noise bleeds in (not great window isolation). Not great sunlight on the Rockwell side as it faces another building
