Beautiful brownstone in Fort Greene

Pros:
Location is amazing! The building is clean and safe, and management is very responsive to any issues. Neighbors are quiet and courteous.
Cons:
No laundry in the building and front-facing units get a lot of street noise. Luckily, the neighborhood is pretty quiet most of the time.
