Great neighborhood, but you feel the pain from a very old building
Pros
I like that i’m in williamsburgh and close to bars and restaurants. I can also walk across the bridge right into the city! They building is quite and the tenants are respectful.
Cons
Cockroaches are bad and pretty sure the walls are infested and everyone smokes pot, so if you’re anti weed -look elsewhere. Also the block you are on, you’re surrounded by the Hasidic Jewish community, so it’s definitely not friendly, but you’re left alone. Heat is horrendous- it’s either not working or your in the Sahara desert.
Advice to the owners
Do better with sealing up the walls from bugs, heat is all over the place, water temp ( rarely hot), and replace the super. Super is extremely mean.
